Dr. Rose Kombo, O.D.
Dr. Rose Kombo completed her Bachelor of Science with a minor is Sociology at the University of Calgary. She then attended The New England College of Optometry in Boston where she interned at various health centers and hospitals. In her final year of training, Dr. Kombo completed multiple honourable externships including a contact lens externship in Miami, an ocular disease externship at the University of Maryland and an externship at the East Boston Health Center. She also obtained valuable experience in an ocular disease externship at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Dr. Kombo has been practicing in Calgary since she graduated in 2015. Dr. Kombo loves spending time with her family, travelling and watching movies.

Dr. Nissandeep Banwait, O.D.
Dr. Nissandeep Banwait was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. He attended the University of Calgary, where he studied Biological Sciences. He then completed his Doctorate of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts. During his clinical rotations, he gained extensive knowledge in a wide variety of ocular disease such as glaucoma, diabetes, and macular degeneration. Dr. Banwait’s clinical training included externships with emphasis on pediatrics, geriatrics, contact lens fitting, primary eye care, emergency eye care, and vision therapy. He is a member of both the Alberta Optometric Association and the Canadian Optometric Association.
Dr. Banwait is committed to providing excellent eye care to all his patients and establishing lifelong relationships with patients through open dialogue and comprehensive ocular education.
In his free time, Dr. Banwait enjoys travelling, sports, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Navjeet Randhawa, O.D.
Dr. Navjeet Randhawa was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. He completed his Bachelor degree at Mount Royal University with a major in Health Sciences. He further went on to pursue his Doctorate of Optometry at the Illinois College Of Optometry in Chicago. Extensive clinical training was completed at the college before embarking on his journey with clinical rotations all over the United States and Canada.
Working at the Veteran Affairs hospital in South Carolina let him expertly manage and treat ocular diseases such as Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration and Diabetic Retinopathy. He also gained a passion to specialize in dry eye care and myopia control after training with various private practices in Chicago and Vancouver.
Dr. Randhawa has always been passionate about eyes as he grew up taking his grandfather to the eye doctor to serve as a translator. His fluency in Punjabi/Hindi aims to build long lasting relationships with his patients.
In his free time, you can catch Dr. Randhawa playing soccer, hiking in the mountains or relaxing at the beach.

Glenda Laguardia
(Clinic Manager)
Glenda also known as ‘Bing’ by her family and friends has been in the Optical business for 30 years. She migrated to Calgary in 2004 from the Philippines and was also in the optical field back home. As the clinic manager, she is one of the faces that will greet you as you enter the clinic. She is committed to providing excellent customer care and assistance to each patient and catering to their individual needs. She is passionate about what she does and loves interacting with people.
As a mom of three, she spends most of her time with her husband and kids. Some of their hobbies include travelling together as a family, hiking and eating out. She also devotes much of her time to her religious activities.
